ZVL Slovakia has developed completely new high-quality, premium INLINE bearings with the ABEC 7 standard, which are manufactured in Slovakia. The company has more than 50 years of experience in the production of bearings, which it produces all over the world for a variety of industrial applications. The manufacturers therefore decided to make an in-depth analysis of a sample of 608 INLINE bearings available on the market. In the research, they found out that the standards they state do not always correspond to the label. Necessary production procedures are not followed and therefore the quality of processing is actually lower than stated. With bearings from ZVL, you can expect high machining accuracy and compliance with all procedures.
ZVL bearings with the maximum refined ABEC 7 standard give you much more performance for a lower price than other brands of bearings with higher standards.

The advantage of oil-lubricated demountable bearings is that they are faster and more durable - but it is important to regularly relubricate the bearings, and thanks to this you will extend their lifespan.

TNG – polyamide cage with glass fibers

P7 - higher degree of accuracy (equivalent to ABEC7)
OIL - lubricated with oil
Service Bearings:
- The bearing can be uncovered by careful manipulation with a sharp object from the side of the rubber seal and serviced by washing in commonly available washing devices using a washing medium (e.g. kerosene).
- Relubrication must be carried out regularly depending on the intensity of use and is applied with 2 drops of relubricating oil.
