If you need to exchange an item, please repack the unused product in its original packaging and wrap it in protective paper or foil to prevent any damage. Send the package to the following address:

Returns

You have the option to return any unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please place the unused product back in its original packaging, ensuring it’s protected by wrapping the package in paper or foil.

Warranty Claims

For warranty claims, please reach out to us at info@spineo.eu to discuss the next steps. Many issues can be resolved without returning the product, but if necessary, we will provide you with a warranty form along with further instructions.
