Product Returns or Size Exchange
Wrong size? Changed your mind? No problem – with us, returning or exchanging a product is easy.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it.
Important information:
- The product must not be used or damaged.
- Please return it in the original packaging, additionally wrapped with protective material or paper.
- Include a copy of the invoice in the package and write on it:
- your bank account number (only if you didn't pay by card),
- if you paid by card, the refund will be issued automatically to the card.
Want a different size or model?
1. Send the original product back as described above.
2. Place a new order for the desired item – you can pay in advance or choose cash on delivery.
This process is faster and clearer than a traditional exchange.
Just want to return the item?
No problem. Just follow the steps above, without placing a new order.
Where to return the product?
We recommend using postal service.

- a copy of your proof of purchase,
- your contact details,
- the completed complaint form.
The returned item does not need to be in the original packaging.
