Proto Sentinel SCS Clamp
8 years after inventing the strongest SCS compression system, Proto presents a new generation of SCS. Therefore, the Sentinel SCS is the most technically advanced SCS ever created. Made at 8.9cm tall, the SCS supports a full 5cm of support even for the taller bars that are becoming more and more trendy. Compared to regular 7.5 cm SCS, it is up to 30% more support.
It also has 8mm screws with a 6mm allen and a slightly offset notch, thanks to which the SCS can be retracted better and more firmly, which reduces the possibility of sliding out and damaging the bars.
In addition to being 1.3cm taller than normal, the weight doesn't add up quickly at all, mainly thanks to the tapered top and cut-outs that SCS got rid of unnecessary material and weight. The SCS also features the brand new Spreader Bolt technology, which includes a small bolt that screws into the opposite side of the tightening bolts and this allows the SCS to spread out enough to easily slide the bars in and out.
