Compared to older models, the Super 3R improves the internal shape of the helmet, which better adapts to any head shape, and also has a new Float Fit fastening system. MIPS (Multidirectional Impact Protection System)
All Bell helmets are designed to absorb as much energy as possible during an impact and meet the applicable European standard: EN 1078. The goal of the new MIPS technology is to eliminate rotational forces that act on the head during impacts. On impact, at any angle, the MIPS system allows the EPS body of the helmet to rotate by up to a few millimeters, reducing the force of the impact.
